Instrument Rating

Are you already a private pilot who wishes to take your flying skills to the next level? Do you want to learn and be able to fly in the clouds and low visibilities? Then this would be your next step!

Requirements:

50 hours of cross-country PIC (at least 10 hours in airplanes)
40 hours of actual or simulated instrument time, including:

   15 hours dual time
   3 hours instrument test prep. written
   One IFR cross country of at least 250NM with 3 different approaches
